Payments

1. We currently only accept payment via PayPal only a separate secure server.
2. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched and delivered.
3. We only ship to the address provided by PayPal.
4. lf you need to change the postal address please change it in PayPal before you purchase the product.
5. Please ensure your name and address are absolutely correct in your order.

Delivery

1. Orders are processed within 1 day of payment but only shipped out on a Monday or Thursday only .. .if we can improve on the dispatch we will inform you.
2. No orders will be sent out on public bank holidays.
3. Our delivery fee includes all packing materials , shipping and handling costs.

Damage & Returns

1. Damage to a package must be reported to us within 48 hours by Email.
2. Faulty products must be notified within 1 week of delivery.
3. If a problem occurs the goods must be returned to us in a unused and unabused condition with all original packaging intact.
4. The buyer is responsible for all return delivery costs.
